1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Jabo Bus Tracking platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Jabo Fleet Systems.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a school, corporate organization, or transport operator, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.
2. User Conduct
Users of the Jabo platform are classified into Org Admins, Drivers, and Members (passengers). Each role carries specific responsibilities:
Org Administrators
- Manage fleet, routes, and member permissions responsibly.
- Ensure bus and driver data is accurate at all times.
- Comply with local employment and privacy laws in Bangladesh.
Drivers & Members
- Provide accurate real-time GPS location data while on duty.
- Report system anomalies or SOS events immediately.
- Never share login credentials with other parties.
3. Service Availability
Jabo strives to provide high-performance bus tracking uptime. We target a 99.9% service availability SLA, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
- Maintenance windows are typically scheduled on Sundays, 02:00–04:00 UTC.
- Real-time status updates are available via the Jabo dashboard.
- The platform is optimized for Bangladesh mobile networks including 3G/4G connectivity in Dhaka, Chittagong, and beyond.
4. Intellectual Property
The Jabo platform — including its software, real-time tracking algorithms, mobile apps, dashboard UI, brand assets, and geofencing engine — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jabo Fleet Systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
"To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Bangladesh, Jabo Fleet Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or fleet productivity — resulting from your use of the platform."
We provide the platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access or use the service will immediately cease.
You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or misuse of the platform.
