How do I add a bus to my fleet?
Navigate to 'Fleet Management' in your dashboard. Click the '+' button at the top right, select the bus type, and enter the plate number and route details. The system will sync automatically once a driver logs in on that assigned bus.
What if the GPS location is inaccurate?
Check the connectivity status on the vehicle's detail page. If it shows offline, ask the driver to ensure mobile data is enabled. If issues persist after reconnecting, contact us and we'll help diagnose the hardware or network issue.
How do members receive bus arrival alerts?
Members set a home stop in their profile. When a bus crosses a geofence near that stop, a push notification is sent automatically. Ensure notification permissions are enabled on the Jabo mobile app.
Can I add multiple routes under one organization?
Yes. Org admins can create unlimited routes from the Routes module. Each route can have multiple stops and multiple buses assigned across different schedules.
How do I upgrade or change my subscription plan?
Go to your Dashboard → Settings → Subscription. You'll see your current plan and available upgrades. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated for the remaining cycle.
What happens if a driver triggers SOS?
An instant alert is sent to all org admins with the driver's exact GPS location. The live map highlights the vehicle in red. Admins should follow their emergency contact protocol and reach out to the driver immediately.
